so on a saturday, they brought their ICs and cheques along and hunt for the nearest POSB branches to encash their cheques.
if you do notice, at the bottom of the cheques engraved those tiny 0.5 cm prints.
" an administrative fee of $4 will be charged for every cheque encashment"
Do they know it cost them 7% GST to encash their cheques too??
